Hi I saw your reply on the cosmetic candy that you haven't found a gel eyeliner that dosen't smudge. And assuming you take precaution such as using a primer or a powder beneath or over it. I do have a suggestion. Essence gel eyeliner. I'm pretty sure you can buy those on ebay. A friend of mine have used it and even when she was in the shower washing her face the gel eyeliner didn't smudge!
