Tokyo クリ: flan in Tokyo

In addition to the addictive Portuguese flan at Villa Moura Ginza ヴィラモウラ銀座 (closer to 日比谷 really), Junkadelic in 中目黒 does an excellent flan.

Both are highly recommended!
