AWAZUKE is interesting. I haven't seen it in any supermarket in Japan that I know. If you find it, could you tell me where I can buy it?

It's easy to order directly from the manufacturer, so that might be the easiest way to find it while you're in Japan.It's nice - it's not as salty as regular soy sauce but very flavorful, so I like it on tofu with a splash of sesame oil.
